• No user profiles

2.2 Usage and Technical Data

The App does not collect:

• Device identifiers
• IP addresses
• Location data
• Crash logs or diagnostics
• Analytics or tracking data

Apple App Store Analytics may provide the developer with aggregated, anonymous statistics as part of Apple’s standard services. This data is handled entirely by Apple and is not accessible at the individual user level.

3. Local Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on the user’s device only.

This includes:

• Timer sessions
• Focus statistics
• Weekly goals
• Streaks

Data is stored in JSON format within the app’s local documents directory. No data is transmitted to external servers or third parties.

4. Notifications, Widgets, and Live Activities

The App uses:

• Local notifications (e.g. after 1 hour of timer activity)
• Widgets and Live Activities

All notifications are generated locally on the device. No notification content is sent to any server.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a paid subscription with a 7-day free trial.

All payments and trial management are handled exclusively by Apple In-App Purchases.

The developer does not receive or store any payment or billing information.

6. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on the device:

• No server-side storage is used
• No data transmission occurs
• No third-party access is possible

Data encryption and cloud backups are not implemented.

7. User Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Users can at any time:

• Delete all app data
• Reset statistics and progress

Because no personal data is collected or stored externally, no data access or portability requests are required.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is suitable for users of all ages.

No personal data is collected from children or adults.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in this document.
